30 многоцелеви изтребителя F-16C/D block 40 извършват съвместни полети с български МиГ-29, МиГ-21, Су-25 и C-27J Spartan. Директор на учението е бригаден генерал Румен Радев, заместник-командир на ВВС. В учението участват и подразделения на Зенитно-ракетни войски.
